Our story began in 1989 at the Silver Hills Guest House, a wellness resort quietly tucked away in the beautiful and serene Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. Rooted in a philosophy of holistic, healthy living, guests to the resort are taught the benefits of positive lifestyle choices – supplemented by a vegan-friendly diet as a means of promoting health and achieving a higher quality of life.

We’ve spent over 25 years focused on inspiring healthier living, through healthier choices because we believe that lifestyle and nutrition are significant to people’s happiness. The way we contribute to the health and well-being of our community is by baking organic sprouted grain, non GMO bread that not only taste great but are also some of the healthiest breads available.

To this day, we maintain those two simple goals: bake wholesome, great tasting, sprouted grain bread and inspire healthier living through healthier choices. To help achieve our goals, we make sprouted grain bread the way we believe it should be – as simple, organic and delicious as possible.  Silver Hills breads and bagels are loaded with fiber, protein and fantastic flavor. As Canada’s first verified non GMO bread, we only  use pure, natural ingredients and keep out any ingredient we can’t pronounce.
